Very Beautiful, Yet Very Affordable, Great Location

This Oscoda vacation rental is designed specifically with our avid golfers in mind! The Fairway offers what else, but a whimsical golf decor. Like every one of our unique vacation rentals. this condo is cozy, comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated, extremely clean, and very well equipped.

 If you have a larger group and need more room, we also manage other outstanding vacation rentals in the same Lake Huron resort.

The Fairway offers a well appointed living room with a comfortable dining area, a full kitchen with a microwave and coffee maker, an elegant master bedroom, and a full bath.  There is a queen bed in the spacious bedroom, and a newer queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The Fairway is a perfect choice for a couple's getaway or for a family of four.

Our guests will enjoy the cable televisions with DVD, VCR, and the CD player.  A sliding glass door leads to a wonderful private deck in the back of The Fairway.  The deck features a grill, along with a black table and chair set.  Just across from the condo, there are several sitting areas on the Lake Huron beach, with fire pits for roasting marshmallows, and for just enjoying some special time together.

Plenty of parking is available right in front of the condo. The Surfside Resort also offers a play area, , and an open 550 foot wide sandy beach.  If you bring up a boat, there is plenty of room for boat parking too.

With baseboard heat and air conditioning, this cozy fully furnished Michigan vacation rental condo is available for your up north getaways on a year round basis. The Fairway is perfect for a couple or for a family of four. This Surfside Resort condo is even pet friendly! One small, well trained dog is allowed at no additional charge. When outside, your dog must be on a leash at all times.

This is a family friendly resort. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 10:00am. NO fireworks of any kind are allowed, and NO house parties.
