The Lakeview has just been freshly painted, and the bathrooms and kitchen floor have a beautiful new Pergo floor.

This is a one bedroom Oscoda vacation rental condominium with TWO full bathrooms. It is on the end of the boardwalk, just across the lane from the beach. The views from your private deck are spectacular.  The deck features a new gas grill, along with a table and chairs.  Just across from the condo, there are several sitting areas with fire pits for roasting marshmallows, and for just enjoying some special time together.

Plenty of parking is available right in front of our condo. The Surfside Resort also offers a play area, picnic tables,  basketball court, tetherball, jarts, croquet, horseshoes, beach volleyball, and an open 550 foot wide sandy beach. For play time, our condo is equipped with a new basketball, volleyball, sand toys, and extra beach chairs. If you bring up a boat, there is plenty of room for boat parking too.

With baseboard heat and air conditioning, this cozy fully furnished Michigan vacation rental condo is available for your up north getaways on a year round basis. This Surfside Resort condo is even pet friendly! One small, well trained dog is allowed at no additional charge. When outside, your dog must be on a leash at all times.

This Michigan vacation rental is nicely decorated, and is ideal for either a couple wanting a great getaway at the lake, or for a family of up to four.  There is a perfect view of the beach from the new living room sofa!  Everyone will enjoy the brand new  27" stereo television with cable, along with a  VCR/DVD player, and the electric stove gives up warmth and creates a cozy ambiance. The comfortable bedroom with its own full bathroom, and a comfortable queen sized bed, is well supplied with a portable stereo, second cable television, and alarm clock.

Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, and microwave for your cooking needs. Besides the full size refrigerator, stove, and portable dishwasher, there is an electric can opener, toaster, and coffee maker as well.  Plenty of  towels,  linens, and comfortable bedding are all ready and waiting at your Michigan vacation rental condo on Lake Huron.

Both the dining area, and the bedroom feature white ceiling fans. There is a queen sized bed, lots of pillows, a new floral comforter set, and the new living room sofa makes up into a queen sized bed. Our Surfside Resort guests will appreciate having two full bathrooms with medicine cabinets, and even a hair dryer. One bathroom is located off the master bedroom, and the other bath is just off the kitchen area.

This is a family friendly resort. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 10:00am. No fireworks of any kind are allowed, and no house parties.
