As you can view from the photos, you will be very, very close to the wide sugar sand beach in this Surfside Resort lakefront condominium. This beautifully decorated Oscoda vacation rental condominium is well supplied. Enjoy the magical sound of the waves as they gently lull you to sleep at night.

The Water's Edge is a spacious two bedroom, one bath Oscoda resort condominium that is great for a couple, or a family of up to six. It is all by itself within the resort, so you can enjoy the amenities Surfside Resort offers, yet be assured of your privacy. Unwind, relax, and enjoy the panoramic views of Lake Huron from your own private lakefront deck! Besides having your own grill, on each side of the condo there are sitting areas with fire pits for roasting s'mores, and for just enjoying some special time together.

Even from the rear of the condo, you can see just how spectacular the views of Lake Huron are! This terrific fully furnished condo is available for your getaways on a year round basis.

Plenty of parking is available right at our Surfside Resort lakefront condo which is next to a huge shade tree. Nearby are barbeque grills, picnic tables, sitting areas, and beachfront fire pits. The resort also offers a play area, basketball court, 550 foot sandy beach, and beach volleyball. If you bring a boat, there is plenty of room for boat parking too. Inside your condo, enjoy the beautiful new cream electric fireplace, which is shown in the photo to the right.

The living room with its laminate flooring is nicely decorated, and this condo is ideal for either a couple wanting a great getaway at the lake, or for a family of up to six. The queen sized sofa bed is upholstered in rich shades of greens and blues, with soft throw pillows. The living room is also furnished with two newer chairs, blinds, berber carpeting, and the fireplace. Enjoy the stereo, plus a 25" stereo television with cable, DVD and VCR players.

Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, and microwave for your cooking needs. Photos just don't do this beautiful beachfront condo justice. Even the bathroom has been recently remodeled. Each cozy bedroom offers a full sized bed with a comfortable newer mattress, a ceiling fan, blinds, and is supplied with its own cable television and DVD player. Kids can bring their game systems, and easily plug into the front A/V ports.

The views out the windows of Lake Huron are really amazing.

This is a family friendly resort. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 10:00am. No fireworks of any kind are allowed, and no house parties.
